Not local? No problem, we will send you a fully insured shipping label for you to send us your rod and reel!
This is simple, we charge a simple diagnostics fee of $25 for tearing the reel apart and finding your issue, even if you feel you know what's wrong we still like to check so you're not paying for parts you do not need.
Once we find the problem we will give you a call and see what you want to do with a full price quote including parts,labor, grease and oil.
